About the journal

The journal aims to publish original articles reflecting critically on issues of equality in education and on the ways in which educational practices contribute to transformation in non–formal, formal and informal contexts. Critique, mainly understood in the tradition of critical pedagogies, is a constructive process which contributes towards a better world.

The types of articles published in the journal include Editorials, Research Articles, Review Essays,Comments and Book Reviews.

Education as Change uses a continuous publishing model, according to which articles are published in final form individually as they become ready. The journal publishes one volume per year. 

Abbreviated key title is Educ. as change.
