Erratum

Following publication of the article 'The Use of venous thromboembolism prophylaxis in relatioN to patiEnt risk profilINg (TUNE IN) Wave 3 study',^[1] the authors realised that Dr Anisa Essop was inadvertently omitted from the list of authors.

Dr Essop contributed substantially to the work, including the collection and interpretation of data and final approval of the version to be published, and fulfils the criteria for authorship. The omission occurred as a result of an administrative oversight during the manuscript submission process and was not intentional. All authors have reviewed and approved this correction.

The authorship list has been updated accordingly. The online version of the article has been corrected, and this erratum serves to document the change to the authorship record.

The authors apologise for this omission.
