Laparoscopic pancreaticoduodenectomy (PD) represents the culmination of advanced laparoscopy. PD is a challenging procedure performed open with few centres worldwide offering the surgery using minimal access techniques (laparoscopic and robotic).^1,2 We report our institution's first case of PD performed laparoscopically.
