In the original article published, Supply chain disruptions in the fast-moving consumer goods industry, Journal of Transport and Supply Chain Management 18(0), a1071. https://doi.org/10.4102/jtscm.v18i0.1071, an author name was incorrectly transposed and published as Tazvivinga Kudakwashe. The correct name order of the author's first and last name should be Kudakwashe Tazvivinga. The authors apologise for this error.

The correction does not change the study's findings of significance or overall interpretation of the study's results or the scientific conclusions of the article in any way.
