In the article 'The association between preterm labour, perinatal mortality and infant death (during the first year) in Bishop Lavis, Cape Town, South Africa' which appeared on pp. 102 - 106 of the February 2019 issue of SAMJ, there was an error in the results (bottom of page 104) of the published article. It should read 'Newborns with a birthweight above the 90th centile accounted for 5.5% of deliveries'.
