Journal of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering aims to project the image of the South African Institution of Civil Engineering as the leading learned society in the built environment in South Africa. The Journal should furthermore be of such a standard that it is internationally perceived as the leading scientific publication on civil engineering in South Africa.
